From the receptionist to each other staff member, everyone was kind and offered us refreshments each We had a great experience from start to finish. From the receptionist to each other staff member, everyone was kind and offered us refreshments each time we came in. We worked closest with Shane, Breana, Erica and Johnna. Each of them I would gladly work with again. We just picked up our new Honda Pilot this morning and Breana gave us a very thorough overview of all of the interior functions and settings for AWD, lane keeping, etc. Johnna in finance was great to work with as well. Shane was great through the process he knew when to back off and when to give us a bit more. Each of the people we encountered in this process were all great representatives of the Mohawk Honda dealership. I would definitely recommend them to anyone beginning their search. More
