He was straightforward and very helpful. Mike gave me a deal that was good enough but what really “sold” me (and made me change from working with a previous dealership- 4 prior leases) was his personality and not “hard sell” approach. I would and will recommend him to my friends. Gabe Fernandez was my Delivery Specialist and he was great as well. Gabe walked me through each of the cars features and patiently helped me set up all my preferences. He is clearly knowledgeable but he was exceptionally good at explaining all features. I would highly recommend Mohawk Honda! More

Great Experience I had an amazing experience with Mohawk Honda! I live about 2 hours away from the dealership, so I called ahead to schedule a test drive the night bef I had an amazing experience with Mohawk Honda! Samantha was extremely helpful during our phone call and even brought the car I was interested in into the side room to be sure it was the color I wanted, and called me back shortly after to verify. When I got to the dealership, I was greeted and immediately offered coffee and a place to sit and wait. I was lucky enough to have Chris Becktoft as my salesman. Throughout the entire process he was helpful, informative, friendly, and most importantly NOT PUSHY! I ended up loving the car I test drove, submitted for credit approval, and left the dealership with a new car in just over 4 hours!! I was so impressed with how efficient everyone worked together in the dealership to make my experience stress free and as speedy as possible. At the end, Chris and Caleb brought me out to my new car and Caleb helped me sync my bluetooth and set up Apple CarPlay. I turned in my leased 2016 Honda Civic and bought a 2019 Honda Fit EX and I absolutely love it!! The entire staff at Mohawk Honda was amazing... not once did they pressure us and they met all of our needs on a very busy Saturday of sales for them. Overall I had a good experience to by a new Honda Civic So I arrived on a busy Saturday afternoon to check for a 2019 Honda Civic. I met with Frank, and he was very helpful on guiding the buying process. Ju So I arrived on a busy Saturday afternoon to check for a 2019 Honda Civic. I met with Frank, and he was very helpful on guiding the buying process. Just after some brief negotiate I decided to buy it because I believed that was a fair deal. The only thing I think they can improve is that they should actually talk more about the financial part. If people want to do a monthly payment, it would be nice if the sales could introduce different rates and plans for the buyer to choose (and introduce interstate rather than throwing a monthly payment), so that the buyer will not be surprised when they see the actual interest rate from the bank statement. More

They made my day! I dropped my diamond ring in my Honda Touring and it went under my seat. I looked EVERYWHERE for it and could not find it...I was panicked! I called Mohawk Honda and had the good fortune of having my car seen right away. The employees in the service department were very professional and considerate. The vowed they would do everything they could to retrieve my ring. I went into the shop where I met with Walt the mechanic. Walt also reassured me that he would do his very best to find my ring and I believed he would. Walt came out to the waiting room, stood next to me and extended his hand which had my ring on his pinky! I was so excited I hugged him. Walt took me into the shop to show me the trip my ring made through my car-he actually had to take the seat out to retrieve it. Walt is my hero and made my day! All of the folks in the service department were fantastic. Imagine my surprise when I went to pay my bill and they told me there was no charge...and they even washed my car! Thank you Mohawk Honda for making my day . More
