From the beginning, Travis made us feel and know that we were in the right hands. His professional yet personal way of dealing with my wife and me cannot be reduced to mere words. We felt cared for and treated in ways that one might expect a younger family member might treat a couple of old people like us should be treated, Our finance person was John Barber, and he also treated us with great dignity and respect. I had no doubts that John also had our best interests at heart when it came to the hard questions of money. Thank you, John We also had to deal with the service department briefly, to remove a small part from our trade in, that we wanted returned to us. John Higgins made that process go smoothly and easily. Thank you for taking care of that in such a professional manner, John. We never allow anyone to service or touch our cars except Mohawk Honda. We travel to Florida a lot and yet make certain that scheduled service only occurs when we are in the Schenectady/Scotia area. We just don't trust other Honda dealerships, to service nor to sell us anything. Thank you, Mohawk Honda, for being there for us, for being OUR HONDA DEALER. You are the best. More

Walking into Mohawk Honda, I was immediately greeted by 2 awesome people, Rick and Camren. They were very pleasant and made sure that I was accommodated at all times. I was teamed up with the wonderful salesperson I soon met after, Zach. He spoke to me not as just a client, but a real person. He was thorough in showing me features of the car before and during the test drive. And when it came to numbers, these words sold me, "Can I keep your business if I can do this for you?" 10/10 customer service, and the car is beautiful. Would not think twice before referring anyone. Linda Vasko was my sales woman and I absolutely adored her. She immediately made me feel comfortable and welcome the moment I met her and it only got better from there. It was an extremely easy , painless process and I felt I got exactly what I wanted and more. She genuinely wanted to make me happy and give me what was best for me. There was no pressure or problems and I have never felt better about an experience involving a big purchase for my life. Even my financial rep, Katie was incredible sweet and helpful and also made me feel comfortable with no added pressure or confusion. I definitely felt I was in a position where I could get taken advantage of being a 22 year old buying her first car in a new area but Mohawk Honda had genuine people and genuine interest and care in making this a great experience for me. 10/10 recommend as a place to do business.
