I felt that my needs were listened to and accommodated. They were flexible and really went out of their way to enable me to complete my purchase. I could not be happier or more satisfied with the process, deal, and car. They truly did everything in their power to help me purchase the vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford, and I could not be more grateful. I have a lot of confidence that the vehicle I purchased will last me for many years to come, but when it's time to purchase again I know I can have peace of mind at Mohawk Honda. Leased a 2018 pilot We went to the dealership looking for a pre-owned car to purchase. The purchase with Brian and John Barber took less than an hour and the pickup was a painless 20 minutes with a great walk thru by Jake Doyle. Many thanks to all involved! At the time of pickup we brought our Ridgeline in for the airbag replacement. We were offered a rental, but had no need. 2 years ago we went thru another round of airbag replacements and had no cost rentals for 2+ months. Customer service is number 1 for Mohawk Honda. More
