Now I have a radio thanks to Jennifer Estrada During a recent northeast snowstorm, my battery went dead because leaving the flasher on at the end of my driveway. After jumping my 2009 Honda Civic, the radio would not work. I looked in every book I had, Finding the code . But some how could not enter the code properly. So a week later I went to Mohawk Honda and Service Advisor Jennifer Estrada quickly entered my code and I no longer drive under radio silence. She was great and very pleasant. Thanks again Jennifer. Mohawk Honda took me in from a tow truck and installed a net Great service by Nicole who hooked me up with a tow truck company, fit me in when I arrived and had a new alternator installed before I left. Part Great service by Nicole who hooked me up with a tow truck company, fit me in when I arrived and had a new alternator installed before I left. Part could have been a little less expensive (probably list price) but the service was fantastic. Nicole is a pleasure to work with and should be valued by Mohawk Honda. More
