My First Car :) I couldn't be more happy for my purchase. We went with open mind to buy a care, but I was amazed by their service, AJ helped me, he asked me what 4-5 I couldn't be more happy for my purchase. We went with open mind to buy a care, but I was amazed by their service, AJ helped me, he asked me what 4-5 questions regarding the type and what I am looking for my car.Within in 10 minutes he came with one car that was exactly what I wanted.Honda Civic ,despite the fact that I had learners permit and not still in process of learning to drive, AJ was nice enough to put trust in me to let me have a test drive. And I fall in lover with her. Th whole staff was so supporting. AJ took care of everything that was needed to be done , I just went for one day and rest all of information was given to me over phone and BEST BEST part for which I am so grateful to entire staff and essp AJ that they delivered my car to cooperstown. I am so so thankful that AJ was there to help me throughout. And he followed up with me to make sure everything was working well of me! I would highly recommend to everyone. I had plenty of questions and she took the time to explain and answer them all. Her customer service skills are first class. This purchase was a smooth process from beginning to the end at delivery. Jay Yudzevich was the first person I met when I stopped in to speak to Lindsay. She was off that day so he contacted her to let her know that I stopped by. Talk about service from that point forward I spoke to him several times just about what I wanted car colors ect. He was very polite and I was glad to meet him. I purchased winter car mat's and forgot about one for the trunk he took care of this. When I went to pick up my car Lindsay introduced me to Junior Yogendra who took the time to review and answer any questions about all the new bells and whistles in the vehicle. Thank you all for not good or great but superior customer service!!! More

Excellent experience all around Great big shout out to the people of #MohawkHonda !! I have had my eye on the energy green Honda civic since it was only a concept back in 2014. I fir Great big shout out to the people of #MohawkHonda !! I have had my eye on the energy green Honda civic since it was only a concept back in 2014. I first reached out when the 2016's were just released and have been in contact with Ashley Dobbs for nearly 7 months. Due to my personal scheduling and events that popped up it was difficult to pin down a time to come actually come in and look at the vehicle, but that didnt stop Ashley from helping and giving advice every step of the way. She was amazing and when I finally was able to come in she personally made sure I got the best deal I could! This purchase also wouldn't of been possible without Brad Cittadino who was the sales man that I sat down with. The car buying process can be intimidating and nerve wracking but Brad made it easy and efficient, he fully understood how much I loved the car but also that I was willing to walk away if the price wasn't competitive. He and Joseph Vita (Finance) helped me with the credit process and finding a 'aggressive' interest rate! As an insurance agent I deal with alot of dealers on a daily basis, if you're looking for a dealership and sales people who are ontop of their game and care about you as a client then Mohawk Honda is the dealership!
