The sales employee was very helpful and friendly. Chris made me feel that I was an important customer. He worked hard for us and made sure everything was ok. He called after the sale and meet us when Chris made me feel that I was an important customer. He worked hard for us and made sure everything was ok. He called after the sale and meet us when we came in for our new car. He also was concern about us and schedule time for us alone. On the other hand the Finance was very poor. We felt that we were pushed into extra warranty policies. The warranty policy were not fully explained or the full cost only monthly cost. The finance manager keep on extending the term of the loan to provide an opportunity to add more warranty policies at a low monthly cost but over 2 or more years. This would be the reason I would NOT come back. I also don't need someone to tell me that he is working hard. More
