Mohawk Honda is an excellent dealership. We have been purchasing vehicles from Mohawk since 2004. We purchased a 2004 Pilot, a 2008 CRV which I still have, a 2014 Pilot, and this past week, We have been purchasing vehicles from Mohawk since 2004. We purchased a 2004 Pilot, a 2008 CRV which I still have, a 2014 Pilot, and this past week, a 2018 CRV. We went to Honda after owning many GM, Ford, and Jeep vehicles which were simply not reliable over the long term. Each Honda has proved to be dependable beyond what we had ever experienced. We loved our 2014 Pilot but wanted to downsize and after lots of research decided on the new CRV. So far, we are completely amazed at how nice a vehicle it is. It rides and handles better than I expected. It is quiet and has real good power. We are looking forward to our first long trip so that we can experience the amazing safety and comfort features it has as well as the over 30 mpg that it is rated at. If you are looking for a compact suv that has the room and performance of a mid size test drive the new CRV. More

The service visit on this vehicle would have been more favorable if it could have been done in a more timely manner. I had an appointment ahead of time, which led me to believe the service would have been completed sooner than one hour and 35 minutes, especially when it was an inspection and oil change......not heavy duty issues. Great customer service Have moved from the Albany NY area to Maine. Saw a new light on the instrument panel - something like a key and the word "battery" flashing. Called the dealership and spoke with Adam in Customer Service (the service section of the dealership). He walked me through how to change out the battery in my fob - a simple fix once he explained it to me. In the past Mike (in Sales) has also helped me over the phone - everything from how to remotely start my car to how the A/C works (little words that I can't read. I want a yellow light that comes on when A/C is on and goes off when the A/C is off. Who's the idiot engineer who designed this, anyway?) And Anita has helped me on many occasions. Kudos to all! Anyway, I'm living with it. Couldn't drive without the help of these great associates. Thanks Adam and Mike B. More
