The lease on my car was about to expire, and while I was pleased with my Toyota Camry, I have always liked the Accord and wanted to see what Mohawk Honda could offer. My salesman, Bobby Taaffe, was extremely knowledgeable about the features on the various Accords and knew what questions to ask regarding what I expected in a car and what was most important to me. We went for a long test drive, and when I chose the exact model I wanted we took that car for a short drive to ensure that I was comfortable with my choice. The car was immaculate when I took possession of it, and Mohawk Honda even returned my Camry to the Toyota dealership The finance manager, Nate Gagnon, was very clear in explaining the various protections I could purchase for my car and never once pushed me into buying them, instead allowing me time to consider each option. Amalia Daviero, the Delivery Coordinator, was very patient in explaining the technological features of the car to someone who is not exactly tech savy. I appreciated her follow-up phone call and her confidence that I would eventually figure out all the gadgets and systems. Adding to the positive experience at Mohawk Honda was the musical entertainment which is provided on Saturdays. Between the helpful and welcoming employees and the relaxed atmosphere created by the music, what can be an experience filled with anxiety turned out to be a pleasant experience instead.
