That said, I negotiated the vehicle price ahead of time, but when I went in to finalize the paper work I was at the dealer for about two hours. Not hugely unusual, but surprising. Even more surprising was that when I went in to pick up the vehicle ~5 days later I had to wait over an hour to actually take possession. The vehicle had clearly not been prepared prior to my arrival so the crew had to rush to get it into shape. Again, not a huge problem, but surprising considering the lead time on my purchase. Overall, I would definitely recommend Mohawk. They hit the target on the most important aspects - price and honesty - and the customer service issues are definitely unimportant in comparison. That said, if they can improve on customer service in a few easy areas my 4 star would easily become a 5 star review. More

I was a little apprehensive about the transaction due to an incorrect credit score on Credit Karma, plus monthly payment amount, interest rate, etc. Right away Lindsey checked my FICO Credit Score and I was so relieved.... FICO score was 104 points higher than Credit Karma... With much relief on my part Lindsey walked me through the purchase process, I met with Steve in Finance.. and purchase was done easily within a couple hours. I was disappointed that my brand new car had not been thoroughly reviewed prior my signing the paperwork and getting in it; there were several scratches that needed compound and to be buffed out prior to my leaving the dealership. I would expect that be taken care of prior to the customer getting in the new vehicle. More
