Good Salesman. Frustrating delivery experience Frank Kinch was pleasant and helpful. The detailing on the new car was incomplete. The Windows/review mirror still had sticker residue and the fog lights do not work. Unfortunately this was not discovered until we got home and we now have to bring the car back in. Frank was very responsive to this difficulty. Getting the car in at a convenient time has been a frustrating process. Also the car pick up process took two and a half hours. No excuse for that. More
