Everyone that we dealt with helped us tremendously. Knowing that we were strapped for time, everything was done from the convienience of my own home, and all we had to do upon arrival was sign our papers. We knew what our deal was, before even stepping foot into the dealership. Our salesman, Brian McKenna, even came in on his day off to arrange our pickup! I am beyond happy with this purchase and would recommend Mohawk Honda to anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle! More

New car pick up Lindsey our sales person was awesome. We were disappointed in the condition of the vehicle when we picked it up. The detailing was terrible, it was not cleaned as we would expect a new car to be. It was streaky and the inside door jams, back hatch lift were not cleaned at all. He explained everything in detail about Honda Accord EX and EX-L. He did not rush us but let us decide on our own. He suggested which is best . Overall, "AJ Metzold" is just a great guy. After the purchase of our 2016 Accord EXL, delivery coordinator Rachel Dobies took great care in showing us all of the new features of our car and how to operate them. From the time we came in for our first visit to the time we left with our new car, everything from all involved was handled with patience & professionalism without pressure. We were sold on the Honda product years ago as my daughter is still driving my previous CRV with 256,000 miles and no sign of stopping. I can't say enough about what a positive experience it was buying from Tas and the rest of the staff. We were made to feel that they truly had our best interest in mind, and that our satisfaction was a priority. Tas was very personable and easy to talk to. There was none of the high pressure sales talk that sometimes makes car buying such a stressful experience. Rachel was a sweetheart and was so patient and understanding of the fact that some of the great technology that is included with this vehicle needed to be explained to me more than once :).
