"Do You Believe in Miracles?" I always dreaded the ordeal and stresses of new car buying. Not any more! Our Sales Rep, MARK ELLIS, not only helped us purchase the perfect vehicle I always dreaded the ordeal and stresses of new car buying. Not any more! Our Sales Rep, MARK ELLIS, not only helped us purchase the perfect vehicle (Honda HR-V), he also made it possible for us to upgrade to the EX model, which we had thought was out of our price range. The premium options and added features were well worth the extra monies, and made us LOVE our EX as opposed to merely being "satisfied" with an LX. We were skeptical at first about Mark's mantra "I want you to be happy," and "I want to put you in your vehicle," but he was sincere and he did make it happen for us! He devoted a lot of time to us, making us feel special- we never felt like "customers." He was engaging, knowledgeable, and friendly, taking his time to explain things to us and making sure we understood. I cannot think of a single criticism or anything I would change about the experience. Being a male I should not admit this, but I was so overwhelmed by becoming the owner of such a beautiful, wonderful- perfect!- vehicle and knowing how hard Mark worked to make it possible, I got quite emotional (but was able to keep it inside; but barely). In short, I will (and have) sung Mark's praises to any and all who will listen. SPOILER ALERT: If you are successful in your car quest- and I suspect you might- be prepared to get a big ol' heart-felt hug from Mark! We also appreciated finance officer NATE GAGNON's efforts to work with us to ensure our purchase. Our friendly internet consultant ASHLEY DOBBS kept us informed, reminded us of our appointment time, and periodically checked in on us just to see how we were doing. EVERYONE at Mohawk was friendly, helpful, and polite- whether holding doors for you, a smiling hello, asking if you need anything, telling you about- and where to find- the great cookies/drinks, etc, etc.-- in short, a Happy Place to work or to shop!! You will not be disappointed by giving Mohawk Honda a chance to fulfill your dreams. More

But however, the customer services were really professional and very helpful and understanding of our situation. Couldn't have gotten the deal done without my buddy Anthony Metzold and with the team as well. He was very helpful and thoughtful and I recommend seeing him when getting a new car or if there is any question or concerns. Derek and Camren were VERY thorough and hospitable as I switched car seats for every test drive and through my choosing between cars. Free Pizza, live music, and awesome service is the reason why Mohawk Honda is number one in our area and will be my Honda dealer moving forward. I've done business with Keeler, Northeast Acura, and other dealers and none of them were as welcoming as you guys. I came in, we worked numbers, and I left with a new 16' Accord. This week I found all staff at the dealership friendly, upbeat and seemed to truly enjoy working there. My salesman, Brad Cittadino worked to learn my needs and answered all my questions. Since I wanted to check two other non-Honda vehicles, I did not purchase on the first visit. Brad understood my desire to test a couple competitors and gave me contact info so I could call with questions. Later I set up an appointment for the negotiations. After a bit of back and forth, we settled on a price I was comfortable with. The Finance manager, Jason Stores, was helpful explaining all the additional coverage options. Upon pickup, Rachel Dobies explained the basics of some features, set up my radio, linked my iPhone. She was fairly knowledgeable even though new to the position of Delivery Coordinator. I would recommend Mohawk Honda; staff put me at ease with this major purchase. More

When I got to the dealership, I was greeted at the door and from there until I left everyone was very nice, pleasant and very knowledgeable. Frank Kinch sat down with me and together we found a vehicle I wanted to buy. He knew his stuff and was very helpful. When I went to pick up my CR-V, Rachel Dobies explained all the workings of the electronics. She also was very knowledgeable and friendly. My whole experience, from online to driving away with my new CR-V was terrific. I would recommend Mohawk Honda to everyone. Definitely worth the hour drive down there. More
