Scott Risley and Brian McKenna are the team that have guided me through both purchases. They helped me find a vehicle with the features I needed at a price that I could afford. They made the entire process very easy. Although I had a hard time making a decision on the direction I wanted to go in, they were both very patient and answered all of my questions. It is nice to deal with a place where the staff recognize you and greet you when you come in. I also like having the maintenance plan so that I can just drop off my car for oil changes, tire rotations, etc. and don't have to worry about paying for it each time. It makes it very convenient and I find that I stay on the recommended schedule because of it. Also, Derek was great in helping me figure out all the electronic stuff in my new vehicle and made sure my phone was synced and everything else taken care of. When I am ready to trade my new car in, I will definitely go back to Mohawk Honda and work with Scott and Brian again. They are awesome! More
