Excellent customer service My wife and I walked in to purchase a 2016 Pilot. We had a specific color that we wanted and Mohawk Honda had the inventory. I specifically requested Brian McKenna as he had previously worked with my father. Brian was great. We showed on Saturday of Presidents day weekend with no appointment and he was very accommodating despite having a busy schedule. Brian is a straight shooter so there is not a lot of back and forth which I appreciated. We negotiated my trade and made the deal happen. Tom Ryan in the finance department was also terrific. Derek Lahut explained all the bells and whistles of the vehicle to me and got me on my way. My wife is enjoying her brand new Pilot. I would highly recommend Mohawk Honda to anyone. More
