When my wife and I showed up at Mohawk to take our scheduled test drive someone got Scott for us right away and he introduced us to our sales guy Tas. Tas was great, he didn't try to push us to buy our car. Tas explained what the car had to offer us and was eager and willing to answer our questions. Andy, one of the sales managers, did a great job getting us into the car at the right price for us. This was our first leasing experience and I do feel we got a good deal on the vehicle and great service. Everyone was knowledgeable and willing to help/work with us. You really do get a lot for your money at Mohawk Honda. No wonder they are the areas #1 volume dealer, no muss no fuss kind of place. In the end we knew what vehicle we wanted and they did what they had to do to get us into that vehicle for a price that was good for us. They were very expedient in switching everything over for us with the new car. Overall it was a great buying experience for us. More

The experience was much different than my first used car purchase, which was a HUGE mistake! After doing my homework on gas friendly awd vehicles, I first came in to see a used Nissan Juke, but decided to test drive the newly released Honda HR-V LX. Frank Cupernall was very professional and personable while sharing the features of the car. Instead of a quick run around the block, he guided us through the area back roads so we could really see how it ran. After returning to the dealership, Frank continued to answer our questions without the stereotypical "salesman pressure". He thanked us for coming in, made sure to give us a business card and told us to call with any other questions. I followed up with a phone call to schedule a test drive of the EX that afternoon. When I arrived, Frank thoroughly explained the similarities and additional features of this model. We took a very quick test drive as I had already made the decision to buy. Even though it was almost 5pm, Frank offered to have the paperwork complete that evening so I could take it home right away! I met with Joe Vita, and chose the extended warranty he suggested. I came in today and picked up the car! Before I left, Frank spent quite a long time going through all the paperwork, in which there were NO surprises, and showing me everything I needed to know about the car! He even helped me pair up my phone with the car! I felt like I had his FULL attention rather than feeling rushed out the door. This experience was the BEST car purchase (used or new) I have ever had.
