Very Pleasant Experience This was our second visit to Mohawk Honda. At our first visit about a year ago we did not reach a deal to purchase a new car. This time we purchased This was our second visit to Mohawk Honda. At our first visit about a year ago we did not reach a deal to purchase a new car. This time we purchased a new 2015 Honda CRV. We received the best price on the new car at Mohawk after internet shopping from several local Honda dealers and we received a fair price for our trade in. The service and courtesy provided by our salesperson Tasbeer was outstanding. Looking forward to establishing a long term relationship with Mohawk. Highly recommend visiting Mohawk to purchase your new car. More

Waited 4 hours for 15 minutes of labor Apparently this is a habit since I've verified it with someone else who took their car in for service. I had an appointment to replace a single tire s Apparently this is a habit since I've verified it with someone else who took their car in for service. I had an appointment to replace a single tire since I had a flat. I was told it would take an hour and twenty minutes to do so since they had to order the tire. So I waited knowing Walmart (which was 1/2 mile down the road) doesn't take reservations and usually takes an hour to do anything. A 20 minute difference wasn't a big deal. I inquired about the progress multiple times and was told "20 more minutes" multiple times after the initial hour (the time i was told it would take for the tie to arrive ). An hour and 20 minutes turned into much much more. FOUR hours after I arrived my car was finally done. One tire. 4 hours. No apology or explanation. Just a "sign here". They did the same thing to another customer of theirs. Very poor customer services. I waited 4 hours so they could charge me 22 dollars. Are they so desperate to make $5.50 an hour? Horrible. DO NOT GO THERE FOR SERVICE! More

A good friend of mine recommended Mohawk Honda even though it was about 40 min away from my house. Promised me it would be worth the trip. I am so glad I went! John Potenza Sales Consultant and Michael Nicholas Pre-owned Vehicle Manager gave me the best trade value for my 2008 Jeep out of all the many dealers I went to. They treat you like family and by the time you leave, you are a part of the Mohawk Honda Family. It was so easy and painless. Everyone on staff was professional, friendly. My recent purchase of a new Honda Civic was yet another great experience. I really appreciated the team approach that is present at Mohawk. My experience with Jason Cooper and Micah Troncone in creating a great deal was exceptional. Jason was very attentive to my requirements to make the deal. Micah is very knowledgeable about all facets of the dealership and worked well with Jason to create an offer that I felt was very fair. Another example of the great "team work" was Geoff Raylinsky's offer to take me out for a demo ride while I was waiting to see Jason... very impressive! Fantastic 2 Car Buy Experience with Lindsey Haraden Have a unique experience of trading a '10 Accord and '07 CR-V that I saw coming last October. During a routine service visit I spoke to Lindsey abou Have a unique experience of trading a '10 Accord and '07 CR-V that I saw coming last October. During a routine service visit I spoke to Lindsey about the idea of trading 2 at once and she was excited. On 4/13/15, I made good on our conversation and she did a tremendous deal with us. My '07 CR-V was very low mileage and in good condition. The Used Car team gave me what I thought was a great deal. Likewise, the '10 Accord was given a fair valuation and we decided to do the deal. Since my wife and I are retired, we had definite ideas about what down payments and monthly payments we could afford. Mike Speranza from Finance went out of his way to get a great deal to meet my particular need for the monthly payment. Lindsey worked with us to get much lower down payments than I was expecting. Are we HAPPY? .................YYYY EEEE SSSS........... Cars are beautiful. Deal is beautiful. Post-sale treatment for teaching the new features was also great. I will go back to see Lindsey and Mike again when I need a new car. I always go back to Lisa Valentino for my service. Great Job, Mohawk Honda! More
