I truly apologize this is your perception. My name is Tommy Kuranoff and I personally left you three voicemails without a return phone call. We have text records that indicate you did not respond for 13 days with regards to the special order. This is after Max had several discussions with you about the vehicle and you indicated the payment was out of your budget. After that we didn’t hear from you for 13 days . Our #1 priority is customer service and I apologize the transaction was not up to your standards. Tommy, Your response is very misleading, to say the least. First, you only left one voicemail for me, after which I called you back 2 times and sent another e-mail with zero response from you. I just checked my phone again to confirm and this is exactly what happened. Second, the last communication I received from Max was a text message to provide the pricing breakdown. I was waiting for the car to come into your dealership and never received a communication from him or anyone at your dealership letting me know it had arrived. Your statement that your dealership communicated with me to see if I wanted the car and didn’t respond for 13 days is not correct. Also, I never said that the car was out of my budget. I was trying to negotiate the price because Max was trying to sell me a lease payment that was >60% higher than my current lease on a car that has a lower MSRP than my current one. It didn't make sense. This isn’t my first bmw - I have bought 9 of them, including from your dealership. Bottom line: your dealership left me in a serious bind because of poor communication and non-transparent business practices. Your misleading message is further proof of what I stated originally. NDB
