We have had problem after problem since purchasing my 2021 M440i. First, the financing option took a long time, I was at the dealership close to 6 hours and have good credit. The terms and rate I signed 2021 M440i. First, the financing option took a long time, I was at the dealership close to 6 hours and have good credit. The terms and rate I signed with, BMW financial, wasn’t who I ended up being with. They called me the next day and said it needed to be another company, so I had to drive back to downtown Houston and sign new paperwork. Fast forward 4 weeks and my car I traded in, wasn’t paid off and I had a payment pulled from my account for the car I traded. I had to call and get that sorted out. Then when I purchase the car the bumper had a scratch that they repaired but now my vehicle has overspray all over it and I can’t get the Sales Manager to call me back. The sales guy I worked with is no longer employed there so I have to work directly with a sales manager. This is my first BMW, and I love the car but the buying and no repairing their mistakes has been a hassle. I may have to go back to Audi, since they made it such a smooth process. Not sure if this is all BMW dealerships or just this one. I would suggest trying other dealerships before coming to this one. More

CopyCurtis, the sales associate I worked with, was a Copy Curtis, the sales associate I worked with, was a very, very nice guy! The finance guy was fine, but he did lie to me about having a heads up dis Copy Curtis, the sales associate I worked with, was a very, very nice guy! The finance guy was fine, but he did lie to me about having a heads up display, which I don’t have and assumed I missed it, in my car to get me to buy windshield protection, so be cautious on them up selling - they will lie to get you to buy it all, which I should have known of course. My car was a certified pre-owned and broke down less than two weeks after I got it, so wondering about the quality of their inspections. More
