I have to say my first 1.5 hours at your dealership was not pleasant until I had the fortunate experience to meet Mr. Sterrick Frasier. After being passed around to two different salesman I was escorted to not pleasant until I had the fortunate experience to meet Mr. Sterrick Frasier. After being passed around to two different salesman I was escorted to a car only for the salesperson to walk away. I had no idea how to start the car and get it out of park. I was furious that he left me. I walked back in after calling a family member to help me shut it off and waited another 30 minutes to hand him the keys back. That is when I had the opportunity to meet Sterrick. I am so grateful for him. He approached me cautiously as I am sure he could see I was furious. He told me he would be helping me now and I was so relieved to be rid of the other salesperson. Impeccably dressed, professional, courteous, incredible customer service, patience and thoughtful enough to spend the time to cover all the details of the SUV's I was looking at. I had no intention of buying a car that day. Thanks to Sterrick I immediately found a car I loved and was not leaving without making sure he had the sale. I am heartbroken that he had to share the commission with someone that had the audacity to put keys in my hand and walk away. I have two more cars to buy for my children and I will be racing to you or dealership to see Sterrick as soon as they have their licenses. Without him, I would have walked away and never come back to your dealership. I spent 6 very long hours at your dealership, it was so buy but worth the wait!!!
