Donald was a very nice salesman. However, I asked to take both options off the vehicle and was under the impression that they were removed. When I arrive for signing, one option was removed and I was t take both options off the vehicle and was under the impression that they were removed. When I arrive for signing, one option was removed and I was told that the manager would not take the second one off. I wasn’t aware that you could be forced to purchase additional options. I was upset but the salesman and finance manager were patient enough to wait for me until 7:40pm to arrive and pickup the car... therefore I didn’t raise much of a fuss. The car had a half tank of gas when I picked it up but they stated I could come another time and get Full tank. I will hold them to that. Overall it was a pleasant experience and Most importantly, I did not have to sit at the carlot all day!!! BTW, I LOVE MY CAR More

BMW NA price online was $2500 lower than what they came back for their price- explained that they are different than BMW NA- really? The car by VIN number was listed on the BMW NA site and they would not h back for their price- explained that they are different than BMW NA- really? The car by VIN number was listed on the BMW NA site and they would not honor the price saying that it was a mistake. This seems very much like bait and switch. Used aftermarket products on certified BMW- a non LED tail light assembly that the light pattern does not match when illuminated. We bought the car during the day and did not notice. Both of these lead me to believe that they may not be ethical. More
