Beware of buying used vehicle I purchased a gently used Infiniti QX80, but on the test drive, i noticed there was a vibration when turning the steering wheel, and i brought it to t I purchased a gently used Infiniti QX80, but on the test drive, i noticed there was a vibration when turning the steering wheel, and i brought it to the sales persons attention. He said well the car is under warranty so it will be fixed at no cost, so i told them i wanted the truck, could we get it serviced before i purchased, he assured me that he would get it taken care of, only when i was done with the purchase , he told ME TO TAKE THE truck to the Infiniti dealership...(???) so basically i had to take time off from work and deal with the vehicle , why the heck am I doing all this and its been at a dealership? So I take it, only to find out , in cabin filter , engine filter and brakes fluid flush is needed.... Maam would you like to pay for that today ?? I was like uhmm no i just purchased the vehicle, why didnt BMW make sure this was done??? so basically i had to go back and argue with the sales manager at BMW where he basically told me its my responsibility because its a used vehicle, but he finally agreed to reimburse me for the in cabin filter . SMH dont buy it unless they can tell you what needs to be updated on the vehicle and are willing to get it done for you prior to the purchase. I have had to take off twice thus far dealing with the vehicle. Love the car, but not a good look as far as caring about the customer experience, they only care about the sell. More
