I’ve been to many dealerships in the Greater Houston area to help friends and family buy car dealerships and the experience in purchasing a vehicle. I’ve been to many dealerships in the Greater Houston area to help friends and family buy a car and each time I would dread going. It was my turn to find a car for myself, which may have prolonged my car search and stepping into a dealership again. Like most people, you have a car or two in mind and you check it out, go for the test drive, etc. I’ve always been a Lexus owner but a nice phone call from Momentum BMW Mini brought me in. I worked with “Rocky” Chelab, and he was very professional not your pushy salesman, and extremely knowledgeable. It was pleasant to meet with the sales manager, Tommy. They were both very genuinely nice. I left the dealership after test driving the BMW and discussing numbers. After getting home and within the next two hours, I called Rocky back and decided that I wanted the car. I was able to put down a deposit to hold the car and finalize my paperwork on Saturday. It was painless from sales to financing with Jason M. and we even had a product specialist, Norman, show us how to use the features on our new car. I’ve been very pleased with this luxury car buying experience, and I look forward to building the relationships specifically at Momentum BMW Mini SW when I bring my car in for service. More
