Excellent Dealership I recently took a 2015 Nissan Altima from Monroe Nissan with 11.5k miles om it. My sales associate Strven Cole did really a good job. The other peoples in the dealership were also really helpful. I would have given a 5 stars if they would have done these small things on the car. 1. My car's wheel lock key is missing in the car. Steven promised me that this will be given whenever I drop by the showroom. He couldn't get on that day as the parts department was closed. 2. When I test drove the car, MID was showing a warning for lower tire pressure. Steven said that it will be taken care during delivery. But its not. I have driven it out of the showroom without checking it. When i reached home and checked the tire pressure, it was still showing the old value. I am taking the car to costco today to top it up with Nitrogen. I hope these glitches will not happen for others. Again they are really nice guys to deal with. More

No surprises! I went in for an oil and filter change. I asked the young man helping me to take a look at my tires and in one glance he saw a screw in my tire. Jack Cole the best I was looking for cars online, and I saw a car I was interested in, and I then sent an email saying I was interested. Then about 30 minute's late I was called about the car and u told the agent to run my credit. Once he did that he called me back and told me to come in to see the car. I was working with Jack Cole, and he was very knowledgeable about the loans and if he helped me get the car that I wanted and the monthly payments that I wanted. I couldn't be happier with my car and payments. He was very helpful through the entire process, and was very prompt about everything. it didn't take long at all, we had some hiccups, but he stayed persistent and he got me what I wanted.
