My all time favorite car salesman Ray Singleton and Monroe Nissan are the best. I told Ray what I wanted and he got me what I wanted and more. Having had an accident in my 2014 Altima I just knew I would not be able to walk away with a car that I loved. Fortunately, Anthony and the Monroe staff were patient with me by showing me different options in cars, price and style until I found one that I really liked. Since I'd just bought an Altima a year ago, I didn't want to get back into the same basic Altima even though I had negative equity. I wanted to upgrade. Well Anthony found me a better option. Needless to say, I walked away in a brand new 2015 Rogue! I love it!!! More

Buyer Beware if your looking for certified pre owned! Buyer beware!!!!!!!! Monroe Nissan are crooks they are the car guys that give car dealers a bad name! I was sold 370Z that had been in 3 accidents and Buyer beware!!!!!!!! Monroe Nissan are crooks they are the car guys that give car dealers a bad name! I was sold 370Z that had been in 3 accidents and was sold to me as a certified pre owned but then never registered with Nissan as a certified pre owned because it had been in 3 collisions and could not be certified due to amount of damage done to vehicle in accidents. They broke NC law and I am currently in the process of filing suit against them. Please be careful if you are buying a certified pre owned! I was never shown the car fax and completely defrauded and mislead through the entire process. I have owned several vehicles and this is hands down the worst buying experience I have ever had! More

Couldn't be more satisfied I went to Monroe Nissan to look for a new car when my old pick up broke down. I had been to many other dealers before coming to Monroe Nissan, but non I went to Monroe Nissan to look for a new car when my old pick up broke down. I had been to many other dealers before coming to Monroe Nissan, but none of them seemed to compare to them. For starters their prices where better on the car I wanted than the competition, but above and beyond that, they have a special way of making you feel welcome, while not trying to force a car down your throat. I met with Sales Associate Tarik Cranke; he goes by Cranke. He gave me excellent service all around. He showed me the cars I wanted to see, answered any questions I had about a vehicle, and he never tried to pressure me into a commitment. He was easy to talk to and really made me feel welcome, When I decided I wanted to buy a car from them I also met with Rich Ransberger and Matt Cady. They took care of all the financials and made sure I was getting a great deal for my money. Plus I was able to trade in my broken down truck. I really appreciate everyone at Monroe Nissan that made my car buying experience a good one. If I ever need a new car again, they will be my first stop. And Cranke better still be there. More
