On my last service, Dakota Sinks was my service provider. While dropping off my vehicle we had a discussion about the service I had requested. When I mentioned the alignment, she asked if it was pulling le While dropping off my vehicle we had a discussion about the service I had requested. When I mentioned the alignment, she asked if it was pulling left or right. I explained that while driving on the interstate, when the vehicle speed went over 70, the vehicle had a slight vibration. Dakota indicated that this sounded more like a balancing issue, than an alignment. When I retrieved my vehicle she indicated that is was out of balance and did not need an alignment. The result, a lower service charge. Her caring goes above and beyond. Just goes to show how much the service writers care. More

I brought my truck in due to oil leaks back in may. I was told parts will be ordered and I would get a call as soon as they show up. After waiting roughly 2 months I call back to figure out what is goi I was told parts will be ordered and I would get a call as soon as they show up. After waiting roughly 2 months I call back to figure out what is going on just to be told that the “claim expired so I need to come back in” when I asked if the parts were at least there I was told the parts were never ordered. When I brought the truck back in to be reevaluated I also informed Derrick of some rust issues on the hood hinges and was told that he would bring the truck to jeep to get them to evaluate the rust while the truck was in for repairs. I was told that a loaner would be provided and that my truck would be in the shop the very next week. When I was called to bring in the truck I was told a loaner was not available. When I picked the truck up I was told that he never brought to jeep to get the rust looked at. In addition the service invoice stated that the oil was cleaned up when in fact the valve covers are still caked in oil. Derrick lied to me on multiple occasions and instead of owning up to his mistakes he continued to lie and did not try to fix the problem at all. More
