I guess they could still be waiting on them to arrive?? I don't know. We will see...I am hopeful. More
I brought my car in last Friday at 4:50 PM on my way home from work because it wasn’t driving well, so I didn’t have an appointment. I was pretty frustrated and how I was treated and wasn’t given an indication of when my car would be worked on. Jamie called Tuesday afternoon and said they looked at my car and it was running fine and they would just test drive it in the a.m. and I could pick it up. I came in at 10 o’clock and waited a bit and they told me they would do the oil change and test drive it, which they did and then give me my car. I’m sure your business is like other businesses that are really busy and understaffed, so I know about service issues. I want to thank The dealership for turning this lack of communication issue around and getting my car taken care of. More

I originally had a service appointment for 10/7, although I had a medical emergency come up and I needed to cancel. The next slot available was 10/19. I took that, although I had to get the alignment done elsewhere sooner because my tires were threadbare on the outsides. I kept the Hyundai appointment because there was a recall for something or other, and what I really wanted was a genuine Hyundai front license plate bracket (I've just moved to MN from a state that does not require front license plates). I called them and specifically requested this. When I came in I also asked for a multipoint inspection and an oil change. The technicians got all this done quicker than they said they would, and I didn't have to watch The View while waiting, which I appreciated. But only then did the service advisor tell me that "we don't have the front bracket in stock." (He also didn't go over the multipoint inspection with me, unlike every other time I've had this done, and the oil change cost $44.) "So when can you get the bracket?" I asked. "Probably a couple of days," was the reply. So I called two days later (today) and was told that my service advisor would call me back when he was free. That was several hours ago, and I'm still waiting by my phone like a teenaged girl. Even the text asking me to write this directed me to a screen telling me to "sign in with my google account," which didn't work (I went straight to the dealerrater.com home page and went from there). All told I would say that the customer service at Morrie's 394 Hyundai needs some improvement. More
