I love my vehicle, I was just disappointed that I drove out there and then was told it had 97 miles on it. Then the day I picked it up I find out it did not have a cargo cover. I was told all the Tucson 20 out there and then was told it had 97 miles on it. Then the day I picked it up I find out it did not have a cargo cover. I was told all the Tucson 2022 limited AWD came equipped with this. I was told I could purchase it as a add on. But since I was almost done signing my papers it was pointless but disappointing. I love the vehicle so at some point I will add it on. More

I had to follow up for updates, was never proactively reached out to. Was told I needed a new engine, but have been driving for 3 days with the fix my dad recommended instead (thermostat) and have had no reached out to. I came upon this dealership from a website that was rating cars I was interested in looking at, and in the lot walked up to the one I had high interest in. A different customer came in to have someone check out a knocking sound she was hearing on her vehicle. Employee came back and made fun of the customer behind her back, saying the only knocking she hears is knocking sound she was hearing on her vehicle. The same guy that eventually did honor my coupon also rolled his eyes at me when I asked to use a coupon, because I was told to hold onto it during my first visit, since my first oil change was free. I will find new dealership to service my vehicle. More
