Too segmented to get the information I wanted. No message left when the service group called. I called the number that called me multiple times over a two hour window of time and did not get a r No message left when the service group called. I called the number that called me multiple times over a two hour window of time and did not get a return call. Finally at about hour three I managed to have my call picked up by someone who could tell me that my car was done. At pickup a service manager said they would find my car and then moments later I saw them behind the counter doing something else. The task had been passed off to someone else but I had not been informed. More
