Thank you, Brad, This is my stepson's car - not mine. I called you and you did not answer. I left a long message and spelled my stepson's name for you twice. This was two days ago - you have not reached out to him, have you? He says you have not. I have the penny. Do you want it so you can use it on another car? He paid over FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS in repairs and you kept his car for nearly a MONTH. Please tell me when you have time to meet with me and discuss how your failure to not only SEE a penny shim on the terminal, but also to ADDRESS IT when you replaced a battery, led to false diagnostics and incomplete repairs. I look forward to your response - and am doing this here, publicly, as you did not contact my stepson after my having left a message. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

More than a week has passed since I left a message AND posted a second time here. You have not responded yet - neither to my stepson nor here. Is this just lip service on your part - a token response and then to ignore anything else? How persistent must I be for you to respond and address this? More red flags.
