Had a battery replaced. Discovered - after starting issues - that there was a flattened copper penny jammed into the positive terminal as a shim. Seriously? Perfectly adequate service department. I just wish the technicians did not turn my headlights from “Auto” to “Off” or at least returned them to their original position. Purchased a certified used hyundai end of January. All should have been provided at time of purchase. Their major push was to get me to buy an additional warranty that I didn't need for several thousand dollars. Once you make the purchase and leave the dealership, they will not respond to any requests. Next step is to make a special trip to the dealership. More
