Great Experience Every Time At Morrie's Buffalo Ford We have purchased several vehicles through Morrie's Buffalo Ford throughout the years and because of the wonderful customer service that we have alway We have purchased several vehicles through Morrie's Buffalo Ford throughout the years and because of the wonderful customer service that we have always experienced, we will never purchase a vehicle anywhere else. The "Buy Happy" program is awesome, giving us 3 years worth of oil changes at no cost and unlimited car washes for as long as we own the vehicle. They always give us a fair price for our trade in, and often times even more than what we thought we would get. Brett Kramer is awesome and on our latest purchase, he and Thomas Bobertz helped us find a vehicle that worked better for our financing and that we liked more than the original vehicle that we went in to look at! Go to Morrie's Buffalo Ford, you will not be disappointed. More

Some Nice things but overall terrible experience. Everything was going good until they gave me their "fair" price for trade-in on my vehicle. Dashboard light was on because it needed an oil change. Salesman tried to tell me it would cost them an extra $300 to check this light (every dealership in America has a device to check this, it wouldn't cost a dime for them) thus the lower price. He said he couldn't know if the light was really for an oil change so I said lets change the oil and see if it goes off (as it did today when I got the oil changed). He said it probably would but there is no guarantee it wouldn't go on again in a few days. Anyway, I digress. Edmunds TMV and KBB have my vehicle at slightly over $3k more for just a "fair" condition trade-in value vs. what they quoted me and it could be argued my vehicle is in "good" condition. Just seemed kind of shady to not be completely honest in the cost for checking the dashboard light and the actual value of my vehicle. I'm fine if they want to lowball me but don't lie about the rationale. More

Great Experience at Morrie's I have not purchased a car in years and had trepidation just thinking about going through the process. When I walked into Morrie’s Kim Johnson greete I have not purchased a car in years and had trepidation just thinking about going through the process. When I walked into Morrie’s Kim Johnson greeted me and within a few short minutes had managed to take the “scary” out of the car buying process. Kim listened to my wish list, respected my budget and found me the exact car that I wanted. As I was purchasing a used vehicle this was quite a challenge! Kim was incredible….she listened to my feedback on each car and adjusted as requested. I never felt any pressure to make a purchase decision, only support in the pursuit of finding the right vehicle for me. Great purchase and experience. I called about a used truck on the internet. Drove 1 hour to see it. Got a decent deal on my trade in and got some of the extras I requested. The day I called about a used truck on the internet. Drove 1 hour to see it. Got a decent deal on my trade in and got some of the extras I requested. The day after my purchase I had a problem with my used truck. I called Mike and he sent a driver to my place of work to get the truck, had it fixed and brought it back fixed the same day. All that and I work over an hour from Buffalo. Morries goes out of their way to make a sale and they follow up on them. Will be back to buy again! More
