The engineering only takes one so far, though--the dealer proximity, service, and personnel are equally important. We were fortunate to link up with Tony who answered all questions, with no pressure, and he exemplifies the professionalism I expect from someone involved in sales. I could not be more pleased with the interaction with Tony in buying a new crossover. Finally, Aaron handled the paperwork efficiently and thoroughly, and it was a pleasure to work with him. Customer service is always top notch as is the quality of work. The staff is always friendly and knowledgable and the prices are compatible with the market. Steve and the Finance Officer were upfront in trying to help me find a car in my pricepoint and payment plan with the least amount of interest. In the end I purchased a 2010 Ford Focus and am quite please with it and with the Happy program that they offered of free car washes and three years of oil changes, and other niceties.
