Very responsive. If they didn't know the answers to my questions they found out the answers and got back to me promptly. I love my Subarus. I have always taken good care of my vehicles. I was pleased to do biz w/Tom, Laela, & Lara. I liked our salesperson with whom I felt no pressure and decided to remain committed while we considered this major purchase. I believe that those choices should be presented prior to the final car delivery. It’s such a big purchase and need more consideration before making a decision for all the extras that added many thousands of dollars. More
