As my old Ford Focus was getting a little cramped, and well used since I drive about 130 miles per day to work, I reached out to Nicole Frederick for help finding me a new car. I had already found one at Zeck Ford through the website that was what I wanted, and she helped put me in contact with Payton Meek. The whole car buying process was very smooth, Nicole helped get me in as soon as possible and Payton stayed late helping make sure that I was comfortable and happy with my car buying process. Payton was very knowledgeable on my new Ford Fusion and helped guide me through all of the new changes from my old car. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, and I will keep coming back to Zeck Ford for all of my vehicle purchases. Thank you Nicole Frederick and Payton Meek! More

The sales side did their best to make up for issues that occurred. They took care of all the issues the car came which resulted in a good purchase. There was a lack of communication between the service and occurred. They took care of all the issues the car came which resulted in a good purchase. There was a lack of communication between the service and sales side, which forced me to take multiple trips waiting for the vehicle to be done. The team should have made sure that all service issues were fixed. At the end of the day they did make everything right and I am happy with my purchase. More
