Home Town Service My wife and I needed to get an updated program car. As our grandson slid on some ice and hit a pole that damaged the left fender pretty bad. Car was 9 years old, and due to age the insurance company called it a total. So we came to home town dealer Zeck Ford, and Rick Mears helped us find a good car for our money. He did everything he could to help us out. There was no pressure. We are happy how this came out. We have received the cost of our old car from the insurance company. This is about our 6th car bought at our home town Ford dealership. More

Not a Happy Customer I looked for a long time for the right car. I went with this dealer because I live in Leavenworth County. After finding the car that was the right Mak I looked for a long time for the right car. I went with this dealer because I live in Leavenworth County. After finding the car that was the right Make, Color and i set up my appointment. explained time is very important. Got in and out in 2 hours. The spoiler was off the back at the time, they said they were replacing a light. ok. It was the SUV I wanted. it would take a little time to get it ready. There was also a mark on the head liner i told the Salesman about, no worries, we will make sure it is all clean. it has not been detailed.. any little thing will be taken care of. I waited a week to get it.. after being told the part was broke, a part had to be ordered and then painted. Friday the 29 after several text that am, it was not going to be ready, then at 3:00 i get a call, its ready.. I explained all along that I had plans and needed to know when i would be able to get it. My son had just got back in town, i told them i would be there at 10:00 Saturday am. I was and got in my new car snowing and raining.. I am getting ready and left the lot and I see the head liner was not cleaned. ( not happy) my husband asked if I wanted to take it back and go through all of that..( Parked it in the garage where she sit all weekend. )No.. drove it to work Monday, Parked it the garage. Tuesday am i get in to go to work and the display comes back with Back up camera not working see your dealer. I called them, and let them know .. i take it back into the dealer. I get the run around for several days of the same story, they have not had a chance to figure it out. This goes no.. after a couple of days i as the sales man what about cleaning the head liner? no we don't do that until the last. again not happy, while it is sitting there having nothing done to it.. it could have been done.. he's response, it will only take 20 min,. i said well you told me before it would be done and it and did not get done. That was late 3rd. he said he would call me back and let me know the shop did not close until 6. i got a text at 5:30 he was off on the 7th. I request his managers name and number. I waited until 1:30-2:00 on the 7th and called the manager. I was told they could not get it to do it. I asked if had been cleaned? no not yet. I explained i wanted my car. I would be there at 3:30 to get it. ( its only going to take 20 min. to do it.. I get there, see the manager and get my car. Drive to work Friday. I meet my Mother in law and sister in law at 3:30 and I am sitting at a table talking and the dealer calls. she said Karen this is XXXXXX with Danny Zeck i just wanted to call and give you an up date, they have not seen your car yet, but it is not ready they are going to send it back and have it detailed. I asked her really, How is this possible? I have had my car for 24 hours. I am amazed they have become so unorganized .. I had bought several cars from them and They have just got too big and do not know what one department from the next are doing. I am not happy customer and I am all about the customer service piece. Sorry but Danny Zeck Ford has missed the mark here.. I don't think I will ever be back to buy another one. PS after being parked all weekend in the garage. I drive to work today and find a nail in my front tire that looks like it has been there for a while with the head off of it.. omg.. are you kidding me? More
