No nonsense dealer This dealer is no haggle, no game playing dealer. They tell you up front that the advertised price is the price with an added $495.00 administration f This dealer is no haggle, no game playing dealer. They tell you up front that the advertised price is the price with an added $495.00 administration fee.I was also told up front, by my salesman, that the sales people were not paid commissions. This made the buying experience very causal and comfortable with no pressure. I would have given a five star review, however I felt a little cheated after leaving the finance managers office. While in the office, to sign the loan documents, I was presented with a chart offering add on services. Services such as extended warranty etc. The finance manager told me up front that these were options with no obligation to buy. I told him that I was not interested in any of them because with my past experience they never paid off. He then told me that one of the items that he always recommends, even to his family members, is gap insurance. I was unfamiliar with gap insurance. He explained to me that it is to cover your loan in case of a total lose in an accident. That most insurance companies only value the auto for what it is worth, not taking into account the loan balance. I told him that this made sense but could I think about it for a few days. He told me no, that it would need to be purchased right now or other wise it would not be available. I agreed to purchase the gap insurance, so it was added to the loan. The cost about $550.00 before figuring in interest over 60 months. After getting home and doing some research, I discovered that I could have added a gap provision to my State Farm policy at substantially less cost. My bad, I learned a lesson, always do your home work in knowing what add-ons a dealer will through at you. Other than that a good experience. They Don't Care About Safety I originally left 5 stars but after my experience recently I'll never get another car from this place. They only care about turning cars. Their "so ca I originally left 5 stars but after my experience recently I'll never get another car from this place. They only care about turning cars. Their "so called" 120 point inspection obviously wasn't performed on my car. Because had they actually looked at the car, they would have noticed that the tires on it were 2 sizes too big. For the first 6 months I had my car, I had constantly heard something under my fender, and I would look and nothing would be there. I took my car into their shop for an oil change and to get the tires checked, and even then they didn't notice. It wasn't until I took my car to a different place that they pointed it out. They told me they were surprised my tires didn't tear up my car. As someone who knows nothing about cars, an unassuming person would expect to get a safe vehicle from a reputable dealership. Guess not. I'll never come back. Not even for an oil change. 6 months into owning the car and I had to drop $820 on a set of 4 new tires. More
