Update: Apparently the communication between sales and service isn’t good. Car had low tire indicator, pulled to the left and the brakes were soft. Sales committed that service would be done today and car delivered by this evening. Sales called at 10:15 this morning to let us know the car was in the service department for diagnosis and repair. By 3:00 in the afternoon we had heard nothing from Sales and had to call to find out that the service department backlog was 4-5 days. Commitment made now by Sales is that we will have a “Vehicle delivered today for us to use until this one is repaired”. Will post follow on update and amend review at the next update. Update 4:00 pm. Sales called and said another car will be delivered within the hour. UPDATE: Loaner vehicle delivered at 5:00 as promised. Sales followed up with a text message. Final Update 12/31/2018 - The Car was delivered this evening. Everything we had asked to be addressed was taken care of much to our satisfaction. Sage did a very good job of following through on his commitments, and we are very happy to begin the new year with our new car. Despite the rocky start, I am overall very pleased with the service we received and would gladly recommend Sage and the Zeck team. More

Great customer service!!!! This is a place I’ll go back for any vehicle I buy. Great service all around. Laid back atmosphere with no pressure on you from the dealer vultures (sales people). The vehicles are unlocked and are able to look at what you want and for as long as you want. We worked with Louis. We met him when we arrived because we was retrieving a vehicle for another customer. He gave us his card and told us if we had any questions we could see him in the dealership. We found our vehicle and went and saw Louis. He brought the car around and admitted the battery was dead because of all the cold days and it not being started. We went for a test drive and the center monitor wasn’t working. Went back and charged the battery more. That solved the problem and went back out. The test drive was great. He wasn’t trying to over sell you in the vehicle. He would answer any question. The sunroof was also not working. He did say the sunroof was worked on when they received it because it was opening slowly and he shown us the work order on it and said they would fix it at no charge. We bought the vehicle. A week after we had it the battery was completely dead. I jumped it and called Louis. We brought it up. They replaced the battery and worked on the sunroof. We needed a loaner which they provided. We needed a bigger vehicle because I was having knee surgery the next day and needed a back seat big enough for me. Louis gave us a F150 for our loaner. The day after surgery Louis followed up with us to see how the loaner was working for us and how my surgery went. Louis kept us updated on everything when our vehicle was being worked on. If you want a laid back no bs atmosphere when you by your next vehicle this is the place to go. Ask for Louis he’s the best. More
