I did end up purchasing a vehicle from their location in Itasca, TX and it was a wonderful experience. My issue is with one of their internet sales staff, Mikayla Zielinski. This woman needs to be retrained Itasca, TX and it was a wonderful experience. My issue is with one of their internet sales staff, Mikayla Zielinski. This woman needs to be retrained or fired, she’s not good at her job. In a text message where she low balled me on my vehicle and I sent back screenshots from comparable vehicles getting way more, she replied with an exclamation point at the end and it sent me over the edge. She claimed she was just a happy person, well it didn’t come across that way. When she reached back out to me after I had talked with the amazing manager in Itasca and had it all set up, she didn’t know this and then said I needed to leave a deposit. I agreed to the deposit but she then said she would need to discuss it with her local sales manager first, I said I just wanted to make sure that the manager she was talking about knew what the manager in Itasca told me. Mikayla then said she would need to talk to him first and get back to me. I never heard back and tried calling 3 times before some actually said hello when they picked up. She then told me that I would need to call the manager in Itasca for the deposit, which I did and he said not to worry about it. You can tell Mikayla is fresh out of college and has a different reality than the rest of us. I would gladly deal with the staff in Itasca again but would ask for someone else if I ever had to talk to Mikayla again. Retrain this lady. She also told me in an email to ask for her when I got to the dealership then when I found out she was in Kansas and I asked her about that, she denied it and I said it was in the email and I have proof and she said well she didn’t mean that. More
