service above and beyond expectations I came in to have an oil change and repair the driver side window that went down and would not come back up. The part had to come from Roanoke, as all I came in to have an oil change and repair the driver side window that went down and would not come back up. The part had to come from Roanoke, as all local suppliers did not have it. Around lunch time I was taken to a local restaurant, allowed to eat and picked up and brought back in a couple of hours. When the part arrived, it was the wrong one. I had been there since 7:15am. Bobby Coleman asked to have the window put up so I could drive it, and return when the correct part arrived, but the window wouldn't stay up. Then Bobby Coleman gave me a car to drive. In my opinion, this service was above and beyond any I have ever received, anywhere. I would highly recommend the service department, and especially the services of your employee, Bobby Coleman. Good Service and Friendly Technicians Shelor always does a great job whenever we need service. The front desk technician is always friendly and the wait time is quick and fast. Alan Carter Shelor always does a great job whenever we need service. The front desk technician is always friendly and the wait time is quick and fast. Alan Carter, Service Manager went above and beyond on our last service and personally drive the car to make sure they could verify the issues with the car before the service and even called us that evening to make sure we where still not having issues after the service was complete. You don't find this type of customer service in many businesses today. I would recommend the Shelor Motor Mile service center to anyone looking for fast friendly service that is done right the first time. More
