I was disappointed when the service advisor told me I needed my throttle cleaned and I had it cleaned the month before, by the same Chrysler garage. I told him that I had it done by them, and he looked i needed my throttle cleaned and I had it cleaned the month before, by the same Chrysler garage. I told him that I had it done by them, and he looked it up on the computer and verified it had been cleaned, but said it was still dirty. Then he told me I needed spark plugs and several other things but I didn’t want to continue service with a garage I can’t trust. I brought my vehicle in for transmission problems to have it serviced while it was covered under warranty. I was told there was no problem twice. months later the transmission failed and Dodge would not c it serviced while it was covered under warranty. I have 3 Dodge’s but not for long. I will letting all social media and bbb know how crappy the service is at this place. More
