The entire check-in process was simple and fast. Almost 30 minutes later I was on my way home. The repair was done right the first time. Minimal contact purchase due to Covid-19. Picked vehicle out online and handled purchase via telephone until going in to sign. Have driven a new Dodge Durango so did not test drive vehicle. Even minor issue out online and handled purchase via telephone until going in to sign. Have driven a new Dodge Durango so did not test drive vehicle. Even minor issues found after delivery do not appear to be of concern or importance to this dealer. Paperwork was rushed and signed fast, and looking over it later, realized not all things were as discussed and expected. Attentive before sale and at the time of sale, but after, not so much. Warranty repair after, was told it would take 1 day and it took 6 days. Did not cover rental car total loss insurance coverage of $23.99/day and told me to fight it with corporate. Each day after 4 pm, I had to call them for an update, they never reached out to update me. Probably would not purchase here again. More
