Brought my Jeep in for an airbag light that wouldn’t go out, they were able to fix it. Service was fast and great, but somewhere in the repair the struck something and scratched my side rear panel and bump out, they were able to fix it. Over priced parts, but service personal were great. I would recommend this dealer for service, but I must add that the parts department over charges for their parts. A quick check at Mopar parts online I would recommend this dealer for service, but I must add that the parts department over charges for their parts. A quick check at Mopar parts online found they over charged for a serpentine belt by 50% over LIST price. The belt has a list price of $43. yet I was charged $69. I complained, but it fell on deaf ears from the parts department personnel. I will say that the service adviser was friendly and helpful, but he cannot change what the parts department does. That means a loss of sales because I am not likely to take our car in for any service that would require parts. In essence, they have lost a customer. Maybe someone from the McErlean family should ask why the parts department over charges their customers ? More

Great Dealership! Traded in my Ram after 15 years of ownership. Eric Boos was a Great salesman and was able to take care of everything I needed to accomplish to be able to take home a new Ram. This was a very pleasurable experience. This team from the salesman Bill Wilsman to the managers Dean and Alex made everything so smooth. At one point Alex sent one of the service guys to a nearby Walmar the salesman Bill Wilsman to the managers Dean and Alex made everything so smooth.
