They didn't do any of the work I requested The unsolicited offer I got to come pick up my car to do a recall was a nice surprise and the person who scheduled my service was very nice. However, I asked that in addition to the recall service, that I needed an oil change and also was having a problem with the DVD system. I never received a call from anyone after the service and from what I can tell, neither of those things was done or checked. I called the dealership to inquire but have not received a call back or any additional information. I can understand if something cannot be done due to lack of parts or available employees right now but I would like to know that or have some type of communication. More
