They gave me a Durango to keep for the afternoon to see how it fit with our lifestyle. Needless to say it did. While the trim level we were looking at was a little out of our price range, they got us out of the Ram lease and into a Durango that fit our needs at a price we felt comfortable leaving the dealership with without much hassle. Eric and the staff were great and I recommend them. More

He suggested three or four options for each step of the process to accommodate my crazy schedule, sketchy credit and overall extra-picky nature. I noticed a minor mechanical problem that first night and texted Bobby well after hours. He replied immediately, then arranged for one of their guys to come out to my job the next morning, pick up the car, repair the issue and deliver it back to me in just a couple of hours. From Dominick My husband and I purchased a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L from Mt. Ephraim last night through the TrueCar internet discount program. From Dominick, who immediately responded to our TrueCar search last week and invited us in, to Ed who first helped us test-drive a Pacifica and showed us our choices, to Floor Manager Bob who answered phone questions, to Gena, who patiently answered our questions about safety features and had us test-drive a few more, to Chris, who had us sign on the dotted line, to the Cashier (whose name I've forgotten) - our shopping and buying experience was handled professionally, courteously and honestly throughout every step. Because of this, and after meeting Service Manager Joe, I plan to take it back for maintenance services while working on my laptop using their free WIFI.
