a new vehicle i cant drive! I drove an 1.5hrs to purchase a vehicle. I brought a check for the full amount so they had min work to do. They insisted on doing my tax & tags there, so to my knowledge everything was done. They called the nxt Thurs. saying I needed to inspect the car & send the paper to them. I next day mailed it that Mon. Now Joe P said I HV to wait 6-8wks for tags when they only gave me 20day tags so I'm SCREWED! I keep calling and they act like I'm bothering them. The title lady was rude. Robert Peters was of no help, again I felt as if I was bothering him! Joe acts like its my problem and doesn't return my calls. He said the title lady had no tracking # what business mails official documents with no tracking! They need to do something! I spent 62k on a car I cant drive. No one even apologized for my inconvenience! Terrible customer service after your money is in their hand!!! More

In love with my dealer and my car I went to Mount Ephraim because of the convince of the location. As any car buyer I expected to be a little roughed up by any car salesman but this de I went to Mount Ephraim because of the convince of the location. As any car buyer I expected to be a little roughed up by any car salesman but this dealership proved me wrong. My salesman, Ricky Hess, was very nice and very quick with everything. I had talked to him before I stepped foot in the dealership and he was very informational and professional. When I got to the dealership we talked a little more about a few things with the car before I signed paper work but I was in and out very quick and I feel comfortable being able to go back when my lease is up.
