*** Updated as of 10/16*** After filling out complaints on Dealer Rater Dean called my home 2 times asking why the complaint was filed. Never offered to fix or resolve any issue. Called Dean back 3 times after complaint with dealer rater was placed and left him voice mail stating again that I wanted my issues resolved before driving 3500 miles to FL and back within the week on bad tires. Never heard back from him so my next step was I filled out a BBB complaint on 9/28. On 10/ 5 while on vacation I get a phone call from Alex the GM. I again explained my issue and made agreement to give him a call once i arrived home in NJ on 10/12. On 10/12 my husband and I went into dealership sat down and spoke with GM Alex. He was very kind to offer not only to replace all 4 tires but to add the extended warranty package to our car. We made arrangements to put the car in the shop on 10/14 for new tires and the detail. Once arrived at shop the gentlemen were fast to check us in and send us on our way to get to work. Once we arrived back later that night we picked up our car and signed the warranty papers with Albert who went over in detail all that was included. Overall after speaking with Alex I am satisfied that the issue has been resolved. Will we ever do business with them again... Definitely not. Maybe if Alex was helping us to begin with but after the hassle of dealing with dean and mike we will never do business with them again

Wayne, Here at Mt. Ephraim Chrysler Dodge Ram, we are concerned anytime a customer has a less than perfect experience. I'm sorry we didn't have all the keys and fobs for the vehicle. We only get what the previous customer gives us, and are unable to "cut" off brand keys here. They do require you to visit the Hyundai dealership. Our lot crew and reception staff is instructed to always offer to have the customer's license tags installed when they return to pick them up here at Mt. Ephraim Chrysler Dodge Ram. In this instance, we dropped the ball and would ask you to accept our apologies. We are here to learn from this situation. Thank you for the feedback.
