I agreed on the phone with a sales manager to purchase a specific car on the lot. We agreed on the VIN number and on the “out the door price” which included every charge – cost, dealer charges, gov’t charg specific car on the lot. We agreed on the VIN number and on the “out the door price” which included every charge – cost, dealer charges, gov’t charges, tax, tags etc. - $ 83,288.66 – down to the penny. The dealership is 140 away in a different state so they were going to call me the next day to tell me when and where we would meet. No one called me. I contacted them and was told they were working on it. No one got back to me. I contacted them again, and got a response they had sold the car! When I complained, they were defensive and I was told a blatant lie that I told them that I could not pick up the car for two weeks and that anyway, there was no signed purchase order. In my view, totally unprofessional and completely untrustworthy. Beware when dealing with Mt. Ephrain Chrysler Dodge in Mt. Ephrain New Jersey. More

Waited for an oil change and tire rotation, which i had made an appointmentfor. Took 2.5 hours to complete. Each time I looked at my truck, there was no tech even near the vehicle. Service writer saw me made an appointmentfor. Took 2.5 hours to complete. Each time I looked at my truck, there was no tech even near the vehicle. Service writer saw me looking and came in and made an excuse that they couldn't get my truck in the garage. Waiting room is old, small, dirty, and uncomfortable. This was my first time using them for service, and I won't be using them again. More
