Bob Ingelido, the service manager went above and beyond ensuring my new radio was programmed correctly after the radio was installed. He personally spent time coordinating the satellite components to ensu ensuring my new radio was programmed correctly after the radio was installed. Went in with a 4000 mile oil change postcard I received in the mail. When I got there I advised the man checking me in that I wanted an oil change AND a tire rotation, front 2 tires are worn more than th in the mail. When I got there I advised the man checking me in that I wanted an oil change AND a tire rotation, front 2 tires are worn more than the back two. I am certain I mentioned the tire rotation more than once. After I left I noticed they never did the tire rotation. Very disappointing since I left work early to have my car serviced. Frankly I am surprised they didn’t mention my tires condition when checking me out, because 2 are so worn, I wasn’t charged for the service, so I wasn’t overcharged, irritating that I will have to take more time off of work to have a tire rotation. Not sure where I will take it for service. Thanks. More
