I was disappointed when the service advisor told me I needed my throttle cleaned and I had it cleaned the month before, by the same Chrysler garage. I told him that I had it done by them, and he looked i needed my throttle cleaned and I had it cleaned the month before, by the same Chrysler garage. I told him that I had it done by them, and he looked it up on the computer and verified it had been cleaned, but said it was still dirty. Then he told me I needed spark plugs and several other things but I didn’t want to continue service with a garage I can’t trust. I have had Chrysler cars for many years and always had service done in Chrysler dealer garages. And I have always been pleased with their service. The garage I was dealing with is Mt. Ephraim Chrysler Dodge. Mount Ephraim, New Jersey. The service advisor was Nate Hale. More

I brought my vehicle in for transmission problems to have it serviced while it was covered under warranty. I was told there was no problem twice. months later the transmission failed and Dodge would not c it serviced while it was covered under warranty. I was told there was no problem twice. months later the transmission failed and Dodge would not cover it because it is out of warranty now. $4,000+ cost to repair now when it should have been fixed when I brought it in. I have 3 Dodge’s but not for long. I will letting all social media and bbb know how crappy the service is at this place. More
I am not sure who is more unprofessional at this dealership, the GM Jim or the Service Dept John S and Bob I. All three are unprofessional, obnoxious and liars. Brought my 2019 Grand Cherokee in because the check engine light was on. Of course it was not on when the tech tried to diagnose it. Light came back on the next day and they told me to bring it right engine light was on. Of course it was not on when the tech tried to diagnose it. Light came back on the next day and they told me to bring it right in. With a different warning regarding the ABS. It took them 2 days to make the repairs, which may seem excessive, but they called and asked to keep it another day since it wasn't "braking" properly and they would continue to work and get it right. I appreciated their diligence to complete the work right, not just fast. Thank you. More
