I want to be able to build long-term relationships “I want to be able to build long-term relationships; I’m not in it for the quick sale.” In my week long pursuit for a new vehicle, these were words th “I want to be able to build long-term relationships; I’m not in it for the quick sale.” In my week long pursuit for a new vehicle, these were words that I heard from Lance in various forms that was backed up by timely follow-ups to my questions, a never pushy sales approach, and an overall excellent customer service experience. In the past 2 years, I’ve helped various members of my family purchase vehicles and Lance stands out among the various sales people I’ve encountered. Despite offering a great deal on a car, I ultimately had to purchase one elsewhere that met my exact needs. I felt a sense of guilt letting him know this that can only be attributed to the positive “relationship” that was built in a weeks time. To further highlight his excellent customer service, he even answered a few questions I had about the purchasing process to be wary of with the other dealership. Although we couldn’t make it happen this time, I will be sure to reach out to Lance the next time I’m in the market for a new Acura. More

Great dealership. Originally wanted to bring my car to Chicago downtown dealer. However, their service manager kept telling me how he will charge me $89 if it won’t be recall issue and they won’t do diagn Chicago downtown dealer. However, their service manager kept telling me how he will charge me $89 if it won’t be recall issue and they won’t do diagnostic for free. Called Woodfield Acura. Service manager Ken made my experience flawless. Very professional and knowledgeable. Without connecting computer he told me to take loaner and he will take care of the problem. 3 hrs later car was ready. Fixed under extended warranty from Acura More

Jeff texted me not long after I had gone to the waiting room to indicate that I could text back with any questions or to track progress of my oil change. After close to 1-1/2 hrs.
