Always a pleasure to do business at Muller’s Woodfield Acura I went in for new brakes and came out with a new car! I had an RDX, I had never had any problems with it, but with almost 115,000 miles, it was time f I went in for new brakes and came out with a new car! I had an RDX, I had never had any problems with it, but with almost 115,000 miles, it was time for new brakes. Then I decided, I had never spent any money on service, maybe it was time for a new car. Everyone was so accommodating, a few hours later I walked out with a new car. Chris the service manager sent me to Nick the Sales Manager. He promised to give me a good deal, and he had Barb, a saleswoman help me select a car. I wrapped things up in short order with Myles the Finance Manager. Barg was very helpful getting the new car ready and all set up to my liking, and my original contact, Chris, assured me anything I needed, service would be there for me! It was seamless and easy to walk away with a brand new Acura. I highly recommend Muller’s for their professionalism and honesty and helpfulness. Mary C More

The deal that almost never happened! My family and I walked into Muller on a Saturday with the intent to"look around". Walked in the show room and we asked for a staff member to walk us My family and I walked into Muller on a Saturday with the intent to"look around". Walked in the show room and we asked for a staff member to walk us through a particular MDX that they had on the floor. She proceeded to take us to the car in question and pointed to the sticker that's on the window. We asked specific options the truck has (pricing etc) and again, points to the sticker. Yep, time to get an Audi. As we walked out, we saw a black MDX labeled "Manager's special" sitting in front of the store and the missus took an interest. I walked back in the store and saw Barbara in her office and inquired about the SUV. Her immediate response was "Oh I thought you were being helped". Once she learned this, she walks with me outside and takes us to the MDX and answered all the questions we had. She offered a test drive of the MDX (different one), and still not content we asked to test drive an RDX (which she happily provided). We signed with her and bought the truck two days later :) More
